WHY?!?! WHY woud you want a concrete monitor, which is really nothing more than a concrete Light-Bright since you have fiber optics going through the concrete.

The display would be part of the structure. Like concrete joists in a subway with displays for info or advertizing. Billboard size could be used on buildings.

I read about a paint that could be given an electrical charge to block cell calls. Theaters and churches were interested but there was an industry protest.

The paint makes more sense to me.

The concrete... just use fiber optics the way you normally would!
