Hello everybody,

I'm new here , and i would like to have a expert view of my question,

My mobo indicate cpu temperature of 65 C degree, and the system temperature 39 c degree, and digital temperature probe (which is stick beside the cpu socket) indicate 32C degree, so there is difference of over 30 C degree. My case have pretty good airflow, with 3, 12 cm fans,
here is the spcs.
So any experts view??. Thank you in advance.
:)

Those three fans: Where are they in the case (front, back, etc.) and what are they doing (intake, exhaust)

What case is this?

Hello Johnny,
Thank you for your quick response,

Those three fans are 1 front, the second is exhaust, and the third is the side panel,,and also 1, 9cm on the top for exhaust

The case is local(Taiwan) brand the name is Superchannel,
http://www.superchannel.com.tw/pdtlist.asp?area=%B9q%B8%A3%BE%F7%BDc%B0%CF

never heard about it in europe, but it;s the same model as the Icool, from iCute .
My digital probe is installed on the side of the heat pipe(not on the surface which stick the cpu).
but indicate 30-35 c degree,(idle),and load 45-50c degree .
so who i trust?? the mobo, or the digital censor??

Thank you

Well, the temp probe is only going to give you surface temp.

The CPU temp you see in the BIOS is what I would trust as it's based on the temp reading taken from a thermistor within the CPU itself.

Does seem a big hot, though.

Perhaps it could just be a matter of not having a good thermal interface between the CPU and the heatsink?

Try cleaning off your thermal and applying something else? Something "better?"

Do the heatsinks feel warm at all? How hot is the air coming out of the case? What direction is the airflow on the side panel? Any chance you could post some pics of the comp with the case off?

I tend to trust BIOS sensors as well, but like any software monitoring they're not perfect.

Thank you very much ,:)

I think some articsilver thermal compound can be the solution.I'm using the compound provide in the pack with the Tt mini Typhoon cooler, and it's i think a silicon based one.(it's white).

So now let's have a cup of cappuccino and enjoy reading JonnyGuru review.

Thanks a lot guys.
