Seasonic's S12 is not modular. Corsair is. If that's not important, which one is cheaper for you in Italy?

The Corsair here in the States has a 5 year warranty. So if the warranty is better on the Corsair vs the Seasonic in Italy..Go Corsair.

See if you can find a Corsair TX650 in Italy and see if it is any cheaper than either of those...it is non-modular like the S12 II

I believe the HX has a better platform than the cheaper TX.

Only reason the TX is cheaper is because it doesn't have modular cables. Other then that they are about the same performance wise.

It is true that the seasonic is not modular, but it seems to be more efficient and more powerful. am I wrong?

More powerful? You have 2 more Amps on the +12V rail on the Seasonic than you do on the Corsair (52A vs. 50A)
More efficient? No.
