Wonder if Seasonic is making those just like they did with the Trios?

I don't think it's Seasonic. Maybe CWT?
They come in 850W and 1000W with the new 8pin connectors - UL is E176105 which only points to Antec.
There's also NeoPower 650 Blue (650W)

I hope it is really a single rail, like the HE's & Trio's! :D

Woah...what? 840A?
Well the better SeaSonic builds are the Corsairs, which are similar to the NeoHE and I'm hearing this is also a SeaSonic build, so who knows.
Woah...what? 840A?Heh, wonder who "typoed" that...
I think it should read W.
Seasonic announced 900W PSU but I don't think this Antec is based to it because Seasonic's 900W model has 864W max for 12V.

I still don't think that's the Antec. That 900W Seasonic is supposedly the same as the Silencer 750W but tweaked out and rated at 25C. 1000W is supposedly peak at 230V input only.

And they (seasonic) say "it isn't coming to the US market".
Yeah I don't know who built it because I haven't seen it nor know anyone who has.
Initially I heard AU is getting the SeaSonic. Seems to be true:

Is it any clearer now who is building the quattros for Antec?

Holy bump an old thread, Batman!!!!
Yes. It's Enhance. I have an 850 here that's identical to the Strider ST85F except for the heatsinks (designed for the one 80MM fan as opposed to the 120MM) and the modular interface which is identical to alll of Antec's other modular interfaces.
Should be an interesting review.
I'll post pics once I have them resized, uploaded, etc.

That is odd. I have a 850W as well and while I haven't opened it yet, the casing is IDENTICAL (location of side fins and all) to that of the Seasonic 900W.

Hmm, I don't know where to put it, but here we have a rumour that Seasonic will not supply PSU's for Corsair in future and those for Antec will be crippled somehow.
Corsair and Antec PSU' are sold better than Seasonic, LOL, and because that instead dropping the price for their units, Seasonic will end the partnership with Corsair and cripple Antec units.

I thought I would preempt any attempts to say "use the search function you numpty" :) Resurrecting a thread in the process was an unfortunate side-effect!
Isn't it amazing that it took this long for a psu to get its own set of go-faster stripes?

No way. Open it up and pull up the review of the SilverStone Strider ST85F. Identical.

I'm guessing you are not counting the 80MM fan in the "indentical" then. ;)
Heaven knows why Antec went the 80mm route. :wtf:
I'll have to open it up when I get home tonight....

No.. But if you look at the ass end of any Enhance that has an 80MM fan (like the Silver Power I reviewed) you'll see that it's identical there too. Same Adda fan, same power switch, same AC input, same honey come grill.
So take a Silver Power 1000W housing and throw a Strider ST85F and throw a Neo modular interface on it and you've got the Antec Quattro. :D

The Enhance built Strider did not hold up very well, but the Silverpower did a lot better. What are your predictions for this unit Jon?
