Capcom VS SNK 2 EO - Xbox
Game is in good shape with one minor issue: sometimes the music cuts out in the second round. This only happens one in 25 times or so though. Other than that it's fine, game comes with original case and manual.

City Life - PC
Just released a few months ago, this is a city-building game that focuses on the social climate, not the economy (like SimCity). Very interesting, definitely worth your time if you like sim games at all. Game will include manuals and tech tree poster. Everything is in excellent condition.
