How many watts do you think you would need for a setup like this

Intel Quad Core processor (any model)
4gb DDR2 800 ram
2 SATA HD's
8800 GTS 320
1 dvdburner combo drive
1 fan controller
1 water pump
4 regular 120mm fans

would 600 watts be sufficient?
