The OEM of the NorthQ NQ3580 Water Cooling System is Asetek which offers the OEM part in a few different configurations. Although the Siberian Tiger is for the CPU only without the option of expansion, it does still have its key benefits. Before we get to far into things though, lets take a closer look at what you get with the Siberian Tiger.
The radiator is made of copper and is setup for a 120mm cooling fan. The radiator mounting also utilizes the standard 120mm fan mounting holes which aids in the easy installation process. On the bottom tank you will find the two (1 x inlet and 1 x outlet) 1/4″ connections for the water lines. One might think that the 1/4″ connections are a bit small. As can be seen with other units like those available from CoolIt, the 1/4″ lines can be used without any problems, providing the system is configured for them.
The water block and pump are all integrated into one compact piece that is smaller than the traditional heat sinks available. The Siberian Tiger also utilizes a unique mounting option that we will take a closer look at in the installation area.
The above three shots show the included accessories. The top picture shows the needed mounting hardware for the radiator/fan assembly and the fan controller(s). The Siberian Tiger comes with two fan controllers. A single dial unit (left) and a triple dial unit (right).
Above are the various mount brackets for the CPU water block/ pump assembly. The two AMD options (top two pictures) come with backing plates, but might work with your existing backing plate. Be sure to verify this before installing the Siberian Tiger.

The 120mm fan that is included is clear and has four blue LEDs with at On/Off switch that is at the end of the 3-pin header. Depending on your mother board, this might not be the best location for the On/Off switch.
